The Monster and I

So I was really excited that I had an opportunity to go to Boone, NC for the first time this past weekend with my roommates Lauren and Geoff. I thought, "Perfect!" I need to take photos for this first assignment. They recently just got a new puppy named Monster who we had to bring with us....which I thought would be a nightmare to be quite honest. But to my surprise, Monster became my main subject. She LOVED the snow, so when I walked her in the morning to take photos of the scenery (which was gloomy, gray and boooooring) I ended up taking endless pictures of her running around, sniffing, digging and exploring in this white stuff she seemed so interested in. Our relationship grew this weekend, haha. Boone didn't really have anything that caught my eye to photograph. So I guess I'm just going to be photographing Monster for the entire semester...not really. but maybe. I hope not!
